Who Optivation is for

One page per kind of client business. Each one walks the workflow from the first contact to the paid invoice, names the plan that fits, and says what the product does not do.

Frequently asked

Who is Optivation built for?

Agencies and consultancies that bill client work: freelancers, independent consultants, marketing agencies and development shops from one person to a few seats. Each page above walks the workflow for one of those, from the first client contact to the paid invoice.

What size of team does it suit?

One person on the Free or Solo plan, and teams on Studio, which is $49 a month for three seats and then $19 a seat. Clients never need a seat. Teams that depend on timesheet approval or profitability reporting are told so on the relevant page rather than sold to.

Which page should I read first?

The one that names how you work. If you bill hourly on your own, start with the freelancer page. If you run retainers and campaigns for several clients, start with marketing agencies. If you are moving from another tool, the switching guides on the alternatives page cover what moves across.
