They become a customer
Someone signs up through your link and runs their client work on Ascend. When they make their first payment after the trial, your commission is earned.
You get paid
Each confirmed customer clears a short holding period that covers refunds and early cancellations. After that, the commission is yours, tracked in your dashboard and paid on a regular cycle.
