Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password:
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click Forgot password? next to the Password field
- Enter your email address and click Send reset code
- Check your email for a 6-digit code
- Enter the code, choose a new password, and click Set new password
Reset codes expire after 15 minutes. You can request a new one every 60 seconds, up to five in any 15-minute period.
For your security, resetting your password signs you out everywhere and does not sign you back in automatically — you'll return to the sign-in page and log in with your new password. If you have 2FA enabled, you'll still be asked for your verification code as usual.
If you signed up with Continue with Google, your account has no Ascend password to reset. Sign in with Google instead.
