Allowances and add-ons
The allowance cards on the Billing page show what you are entitled to and how much of it is gone. Add-ons top up a single allowance without moving you to a different plan.
Reading the cards
Team Members — seats used against seats available, split into active members and pending invitations. An invitation that has not been accepted still occupies a seat.
Storage — bytes used against your allowance, with what is left and how much extra you have bought. View Storage Details opens the storage ledger.
Form submissions — responses received this calendar month, counted in UTC, against your monthly cap.
AI Token Allowance — tokens used, tokens remaining, and the date the allowance next refills.
Each bar changes colour as it fills: yellow as a warning, orange when nearly full, red at the limit.
Add-ons
Available to Solo and Studio. Free cannot buy add-ons.

Seats and storage are recurring charges that renew with your subscription. Token bundles are one-off purchases: buy one, it is added to your balance, and it does not repeat.
Extra seats do not add storage or tokens
Under the current pricing, seats buy seats. A fourth Studio seat does not raise the workspace's 5 GB or its 5M tokens — those are workspace-wide pools shared across everyone.
Transactions
The Transactions table lists subscription invoices, token purchases, usage and adjustments, filterable by type. Download PDF produces a statement.
Usage rows are informational: they show AI token consumption event by event, so you can see which features are actually spending the allowance.
Running out
Seats full. On Studio, buy a seat from the Add-ons card. On Solo, the only route is upgrading to Studio.
Storage full. Uploads stop. Buy a 1 GB block, or delete files you no longer need — check the storage ledger to see what is using the space.
Form submissions capped. Published forms stop accepting responses until the next calendar month, UTC. Upgrading raises the cap immediately.
Tokens exhausted. AI features stop. Buy a bundle, or wait for the monthly refill on Solo and Studio. See AI tokens.
