Priority Ranking
Items are ranked by:
- Due date proximity: Closer deadlines rank higher
- Item importance: Based on your starred items, VIP contacts
- Context: Related to current projects
- Completion likelihood: Items you can finish today
Using Today's Focus
Navigate to Items
Click any item to navigate directly to it.
Complete Items
Hover over an item and click the checkmark to mark it done.
Refresh List
Click "Refresh" to regenerate the list with the latest data.
AI Insight
Expand the "AI Insight" section for suggestions on how to tackle your day.
